Terms and Conditions for Online Classes 2024 to 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the online courses provided by York International Academy. By enrolling in or accessing our online classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
Participants must meet all the requirements for the class as specified during registration.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

2. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy (see Section 5).

Payment methods accepted include e-transfer.

3. Access to Content
Upon payment, you will be granted access to the class materials through our online platform for the duration of the course.

You may not share, distribute, or reproduce the course materials without prior written consent from York International Academy.

4. Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully in all class discussions and interactions.

Harassment, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the class without a refund.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only within 30 days of purchase and must be requested in writing.

After 30days, no refunds will be issued unless the course is canceled by York International Academy.

6. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access the online classes.

York International Academy is not liable for any technical issues participants may experience.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the course (including videos, documents, and other materials) is the intellectual property of York International Academy.

You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without express permission.

8. Privacy
Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability
York International Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the online classes.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course without notice if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms
York International Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting.
